Fresh from our own bakery
Our cakes do not come from some large-scale production. They are baked fresh for you every day by our four-strong pastry team in our own bakery.
One of our absolute bestsellers is our homemade banana bread – and there is now a gluten-free version too: our cinnamon swirl banana bread. Alongside them come two classic cheesecakes: a classic cheesecake and a version with blueberry topping. Both are gluten-free, but not vegan.
Vegan, gluten-free and less sugar
Most of our selection is vegan, some cakes are gluten-free – and we try to use as little refined sugar as possible. For every cake we state openly what it was sweetened with.
We also have a caramelised upside down apple cake in the range. For a small sweet treat in between there are vegan snickers cups, entirely without refined sugar. Our vegan raw cakes change regularly too – at the moment, for example, with a fig topping and a Lotus base. In general we keep adapting our range to the season and regularly bring new varieties into the display.
